Gary served in the RAF for 24 years and has worked in the ex-service sector since 2006.  Primarily employed as Poppyscotland’s Head of Welfare Services he is also responsible for delivering similar services on behalf of the Officers Association Scotland.

Shiela studied at Glasgow and Strathclyde universities and has a history of working with young people and families in charity, public and private sector environments.  She began her career in the ex-Service sector in 2014, working for the RAF Association for 4 years before joining Poppyscotland’s  Welfare Services Team.  She is primarily employed as Poppyscotland’s Grants Coordinator and is also responsible for supporting the welfare services of OA Scotland.
