BreakLine – Immersive, Targeted Approach to Career Transition – A great opportunity for Service Leavers who are interested in Technology as a career

Recently one of our OA Scotland Clients participated in this scheme in the States which resulted in her being offered a great job in a top company within the technology business.  If you are interested to find out more click on the link below and if you email me I will put you in touch with our OA Scotland client.

‘BreakLine is a great programme and I would recommend it for anyone going into tech. Each day is a visit to a different company with employees coming in for fireside chats (including a few CEOs), and two hours a day set aside for networking. I funded it myself as it was only $100 but I think it’s now $50 as the programme length is now shorter (only 1 week). The cost does include meals – each company provided breakfast and lunch, and food at the evening ‘happy hour’. I’m happy to chat through anyone interested in BreakLine – only four Brits have gone through since it’s inception in 2016 and it would be great if more of us could go through. ‘

BreakLine Tech is designed to help you pivot into your career in technology. The program provides a combination of in-depth discussions with industry leaders, classroom learning with distinguished faculty, and onsite visits with top tech companies. You will get an inside view into leading organizations while building your professional network.

BreakLine works closely with participants from the moment they are admitted – from resume reviews to sourcing relevant roles to interview prep. All admits are also showcased in our online BreakLine Talent Portfolio, which enables our partners to contact them about open roles. These conversations continue during and beyond the program. The BreakLine team sticks with you every step of the way.

Interested applicants who are unable to attend an in-person program can submit an application for the BreakLine Talent Portfolio.
