OA Scotland will not share your information with any third parties other than SSAFA, unless you agree to this, and will use it only for the purpose of assisting you.

OA Scotland takes reasonable and appropriate measures to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Information.

If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into our system that materially affects you we will notify you as soon as possible and later report the action we took in response.

If OA Scotland is able to assist you we will hold your records for as long as you require assistance. Once you no longer receive assistance from us, we will retain your information for a period of seven years before destroying it.
